About District 11
House District 11, otherwise known as Hillside, is bordered to the north by Abbott Road, to the east by the Hillside mountains, to the south by Huffman, and to the west by the Seward Highway. It’s a district of educated, hard-working families. It’s home to a broad cross section of churches and religious centers, nearly a dozen private and public schools, and some of Anchorage’s most amazing recreational areas including the zoo, a golf course, Hilltop ski area, and dozens of parks.
